Hello community, I'm currently evaluating an offer which mentions annual leave days but doesn't say anything about Sick days. Is Sick day a thing in riyadh? Or is it included as part of the annual leaves allocated?

In India, we usually have Privilege Leaves, Casual Leaves and Sick Leaves with days allocated to each. What would be the equivalent for Saudi companies?

Also, is employer approval needed to exit the country for visiting family or any other emergency?
