Received both an email and text in regards to tariffs on a packaged delivered over a month ago
Unfortunately Fedex's billing department is closed on the weekends and regular CS has really been no help. Tracking says the package was signed by someone with my correct last name, but N as their first initial, which my brother's name does start with a N, but he's currently living overseas. Don't know if that just a simple mistake that could've happened when the package was signed for.
I do find it weird that they would be asking for tariffs now, way after the package having been delivered. I pull up the tracking and there is no "payment banner" that the website says should be there. The email is from noreply@fedex.com and the text message came in today so I'm not inclined to believe it's a scam. Just looking for any ideas or help from others.
