I haven't really paid attention to Todoist karma in quite some time - probably at least a couple of years - but it still feels oddly gratifying to get this notification today.

I hope everyone's having a day that's exactly as productive - or unproductive - as it should be.
I scheduled a fiber install for today with an arrival time between 10am and noon. It's now nearly 3:30pm and no sign of the tech. AT&T lets me text for a status update, but all it tells me is that they're sorry they're late and will be here soon.
I called in to see if I could reach a real person for an update, and since the wait time was 25-40 minutes, I opted for a callback. When I received the callback, the system transferred me to a busy signal. So now I'm back in the phone queue again to see if I can reach a real person. Estimated wait time 50-75 minutes.
I get that things happen and techs can run behind. But it'd be helpful to get some kind of ETA rather than just being stuck at home indefinitely. This isn't a great start to my experience as a new AT&T customer.
Will they even start an install at this hour of the day?
