Hey guys, this has been a pain in my side for years at this point. As stated in the title, I'm trying to find a youtube video/series that focused on the 9th doctor (Pretty sure...) swearing a lot and the classic era doctors living in some kind of retirement home set outdoors.

Would be a huge help if someone knows what I'm talking about or can help point me in a direction.
