delivery date gets postponed for one day, every day for weeks

Hi!

I bought a Swytch Go system back in January and I’ve been patiently tracking it on their site.

I knew the wait would be long, but the estimated delivery kept moving: first it was 23 May, then it jumped to 9 June… and now it’s shifting back by one full day every single day (this has been going on for more than a week).

I’ve already contacted support twice and only got the same automated “this is normal” reply.

Has anyone else experienced this lately? Any tips on what actually works to get a real update or push things forward?
