I've been having this problem for the last few days and I can't figure out what is causing it.

I got into cyberpunk 2077 about 2-3 weeks ago and my performance has been fine. With my current settings I get tops of 140 fps (my cpu gets to 75°-80° in this scenario). However, there are times when I'm only getting 90 (temps of 63° tops here) and, when it happens, the only fix is to reboot the PC until I get the desired performance (1-2 reboots tend to work).

Is it possible something is happening at start-up that is limiting my cpu? How do I fix it? Is it even fixable?

Specs:

Ryzen 5 5600G (I know, bottleneck, I'll switch it in a few months) Rx 6600 Asus prime b550m a-ac wifi 1tb SSD teamgroup PCIe 3.0 2x8gb ram ddr4 3200mhz xpg Xpg pylon 80+ bronze 750W
