My breasts are trying to take me out at night
I only developed this problem very recently, maybe a month or two ago. When I'm asleep, on my back, I have one or both breasts on my chest basically crushing me and making it impossible to breathe or one has migrated up and planted itself right on my neck. With each weighing over a kg I'm not entirely surprised but I didn't realise this was a possibility.
I remember having a dream about someone choking me out and it felt so real. Once I managed to wake myself up I realised that it was infact my own breast trying to send me to glory...
So of course the obvious answer would be 'stop sleeping on your back' and I tried. (Pardon the absolute dogshit incoming explaination). You know how when you are on your side one breast is basically ontop of the other? Well the top breast, pulls my back inwards(?) and causes me to slouch while laying down which, of course, hurts.
Sleeping on my front is simply not an option unless I carve out two valleys in my matress to accomodate my breasts lol. I'm honestly running out of ideas on how to at least make my sleep experience enjoyable.
For context, I am 22 and I'm not at all sure what my actual bra size is. My breasts just decided to grow like crazy in Year 9 and haven't given me peace since. According to the ABTF calculator I should be a 38KK/L. But I live in a tiny de facto state and you're lucky if you even find a DD bra here. I don't exactly have the money to spend on a good quality bra that actually fits + shipping + the customs that the country that controls the state places on everything that comes here.
My mother has been for the longest time trying to get me a bra that fits (lol) and once we would find a perfect set, I would grow out of them in a few months. Now she's a C and quite a small woman so she's a little out of her depth. But I got these genes from my dad's side (thanks grandma) and thankfully had my aunts on that side to help me out with buying stuff when I was in my home country.
I've been thinking about just buying some tight t shirts and sleeping in those so at least the girls dont move around too much. I don't really know anymore.
