Hi there!

I believe I eat well and try to include most of the important nutrients in my meals. However, I feel my cooking has been a little one sided in terms of the types of dishes I chose to prepare over the span of the last month or two.

How do you guys decide what meals you go with?

edit: Thanks so much for all your engagement and enthusiasm! This is sure to keep my spirits up in the long run. After all, I do wish to be able to continue loving the process of cooking.
