Built a simple interactive on the structure of global coordination problems. Two buttons, red and blue.
- If >50% of population picks blue → all survive
- If ≤50% pick blue → blues die, reds live
- If 100% pick red → all survive (no one dies)
Red is weakly dominant. Blue is conditional cooperation requiring critical mass.
The interesting bit: it's a real global tally with one-vote-per-device. Per-country breakdown via Cloudflare geo. Live data so you can watch the actual cooperation rate.
Empirically tracking close to Sally (1995): ~47% cooperation in prisoner's dilemma meta-analysis. Site has been showing similar numbers.
Open source, no tracking, plain HTML/JS frontend + Cloudflare Worker backend.
