Grey stone needs to be adjusted. I don't know how anyone lanes against that character and thinks, "That character is balanced"

From the ability spam on every wave and the mana cost being so low. The right two to three items damn near makes that a character a team effort especially mid to late game.

There is a bad rubber band issue with howitzer. When I try to use his primary it resets like I never fired it. It happened multiple times and my ping was normal from 50 to 70ms ping. I would have to try 3 times before it would fire
