I just downloaded fallout 4 recently and am only 5 hours into my first playthrough and i cant get past the loading screen anymore without it crashing or ill get in for about 2 minutes and then crash, im stuck around hangmans alley and i cant get out 😭

How do i fix this?? My frames are 30 and i have done everything in the gamplay settings to lower the quality so i have the oportunity to play but nothin works

Am i stuck like this forever
