applied for pip back in jan 2026 have always been dyslexic from the age of eight years always knew something else and got ADHD January of this year at the age of 44 I find tasks a real struggle preparing managing medication as I can’t read the labels reading writing communicating mixing with other people making budgeting decisions planning planning journeys had my assessment over 3 weeks ago and came back as a 0 half the questions was answered wrongly they said I filled my okay but this was not the case as the lady on the phone did not understand what I have put down on the so she it up so it made sense so I’ve now gone down the reconsideration why they not have the correct answers I said on the phone any information to help me would be great
