North Highland Steel - Homeless People Living in Supply Closets
Hello, this is my first post here. I live at North Highland Steel Apartments in Inman Park. This story sounds unbelievable and I wouldn’t believe it if it didn’t happen to me.
My friends car was broken into last night at our deck. When we went to the leasing office to report it, a cop came and the leasing office employee told them/us about the multiple homeless people living in the supply closets on each floor. Apparently one of them is armed, they had found a gun in there before. The police had her gun drawn and raided one of the closets with us there. One of the homeless people was arrested, but least one more is still there.
This has apparently been going on for months! We have unknowingly seen them walking around. With no resolve. This is an insane safety/liability issue and I cannot believe it’s been going on this long.
What do I even do this about this?
