Squamous cell carcinoma or just age spots getting bigger?
I have these bumps on my leg. The the three on the bottom half of my leg have been there for about five years and are slowly getting bigger. They started out as flat and round and very slightly brownish/pinkish in color. My doctor wasn’t worried when I first showed him five years ago and said they were age related (I’m 42 now) which I have accepted. I took three separate photos of each one.
A few months ago a bunch of similar looking bumps appeared on my knee all at the same time. One big (I keep shaving it) and the others small. My daughter was diagnosed with molluscum by her doctor (just visually..no testing), and I figured I had it too on my knee.
I totally forgot to show my doctor my leg at my recent checkup, which Im kicking myself over. It just clicked to me that one of the spots is looking kind of irregular…
I’ll touch base with him again about it soon… but in the mean time, I’m just wondering what level of concerned I should be. Nothing hurts or itches.
