hi, i have a bit of a question, so the other week i made a new savings account for Natwest, which i know is connected to me as it has the same customer number as my main account, however it was not added to my app and i didn’t think anything of it however recently as ive noticed its still not there i tried adding it manually however it doesn’t even show up as a ‘relevant account’ so im a bit lost on what to do as a standing order has already been deposited into it, any help would be appreciated thanks
