M26 49kg 5'6- Is this worth buying for home workout

Are these home equipments worth buying as a newbie? I still dont have any confidence going to the gym so ill start working out at home first.

Anyone who actually tried these equipments?

for the dummbells- is it okay to start on that weight?

I have been insecure with my body so i planned to gain weight and work out

I somehow started tracking what i eat for 1 week palng (tho estimate lang kasi wala pako weighing scale)

so for 1 week this is my meal plan

Breakfast:

Either Chicken breast or 3 Fried Eggs

1-1.5 cups of white Rice

Lunch:

3 Fried Eggs

1 cup of rice

Snacks:

1 banana

2-3 boiled Eggs

1 Nestle Fresh Milk

French Fries

Dinner:

1 pc chicken(minsan hindi breast)

1 cup of rice

planning to add more type of food in the future but for now since medjo busy eto lang kaya for now

So I checked with AI and my fitness planner app if ilang calories and protein. For the total calories around 1800 estimated and based on my body, total calories intake daily para may surplus is around 2300. Can i use supplements such as serious mass to cover the remaining calories needed? worth it ba maginvest dun?

since wala pako confidence mag gym home workout muna for now

And im planning to buy yung adjustable weights sa decathlon/online then resistance band-are these enough for starting home workout?

any adv po as a newbie like workout routine and with my diet plan? thank you

may same body type ba sakin before and nag improve yung katawan? need motivation lang haha
