Anything to fix rn?

Practices have been consistent. I've put on 7ft this summer from 35ft glide switching to spin. Just need some guidance so I can throw farther! This was about 42 ft.

At what point should I consider buying a new pair?

1st pair of throwing shoes since I started. Also any brands to recommend/prefer over others?
