I just started my own baby starter and the recipe i used called for 113 g flour + 113 g water. Mix and let rest.
For feeding take 113 g of starter + 113 g water + 113 g flour. This make sense to me.
However, I just received a dry starter that I'm interested in trying as well. Those instructions say to add 2 c flour + 2 can water to the dry starter.
Heres the confusing part: for feeding it says replenish your used starter with equal parts water & flour. (Ie: if you used 1 c starter, add 1 c flour + 1 c water)
It also states to refrigerate after 3-5 hours... I'm attaching pics of recipe card if anyone would like to try them.
