One of several spots in the app. Is this due to my device, or what's been going on lately?

Does anyone know the exact specifications for this capacitor or whether it is the same component as the two capacitors located at Point A (the ones next to Dat0 Kamikaze) ?

I believe I may have damaged it, as it no longer makes a good connection, regardless of how much fresh flux or solder I apply. (Looks brown golden)
