New Mossburg Patriot 6.5 Creedmoor won't load

I have a new rifle, but I cannot chamber a round. The bolt will sit fine and the trigger/firing pin works blank with no round. However, when I try to load a bullet, it will not quite get to the point where I can pull down on the bolt lever. I know that bullets should be bigger than the barrel, but does this seem right? This is obviously the front of the barrel, but does this seem right for a 6.5?

Does anyone have bad heatshield rattle?

Anyone else's aftermarket sub causing a rattley-ass muffler heatshield? Is there anything that can be done about it? I used a ton of KlLMAT, which helped cabin sound, but it still sounds terrible on the outside. Might just be something I need to live with.
