Filed 2/11 and received my state right on time a few weeks later. My federal was supposed to arrive by March 4th. After the initial 21 days they say to wait before calling I called and was told there was an issue with my return but it was something on their end and there was nothing I needed to do but to call back if it hadn’t updated in 4 more weeks. Those 4 weeks went by and the only change I saw was the wording of the WMR changed to “Still Processing” and the as of date on my transcript changed to 4/27. So I called back and was told the issue was still being worked on and I would either have a date for my refund or a notice saying what was wrong by 4/27. Well there is still nothing. The only thing different was this morning my As of date on my transcript changed back to 3/9. I just don’t know what to do with this at this point.

Filed 2/11 and received state back within 3 weeks. Still haven’t received my federal. WMR says still processing and transcript is blank. Says no return filed and no codes. Called after the 21 days they say to wait and was told my return was in errors resolution and to call back if I didn’t see movement in 2 weeks. Waited the 2 weeks and called since there was no update was told to call after another 4 weeks. 4 weeks went by with no changes to WMR or transcript and I also hadn’t received any notices. Was told to call back after if I hadn’t had any updates from 8 weeks since I filed. Well I checked this morning and still no changes to WMR or my transcript and still no notices on my account. I guess I’ll be calling back soon but I’ve never experienced anything like this with a tax refund before and I don’t know what else to do.
