WhatsApp business contact
My company would like to use WhatsApp business to communicate with companies that don’t have access to our other communication channels. We do most of our business through Teams and email, WhatsApp has a place in our European market.
To use it we need a centrally IT managed app that we can manage the communications in case there are any concerns or lawsuits based on what is communicated.
We have tried to contact WhatsApp to discuss what options are available for the better part of 6 months, essentially waving our money around trying to get someone to answer us. I’ve reached out to WhatsApp sales people and execs on LinkedIn, social media, and have called every number we could find. They are like the only company in the world I have ever seen that won’t respond and spam me with sales information once they see I’m interested.
My last idea is to ask Reddit if they can offer any help in contacting them.
