We should stop giving Pro Palestinians the benefit of a doubt

We should stop giving Pro Palestinians the benefit of a doubt

I have been involved in debates about Israel Palestine regularly on this site ever since oct 7th, and while the crazy amounts of dishonestly among the Pro Palestinians makes it obvious that it is a hate driven cause, it's only when I stepped back a bit I realized that there was never even reason to think it wasn't in the first place

1. None of these people cared about any other event in the region

Israel is probably using more methods than anyone has ever used to avoid civilian casualties, and they call it a genocide, meanwhile their tax money funded the famine that killed 400k Yemenis, mostly children, and I literally can't remember them mentioning it a single time outside of "oh yeah that's bad too" kind of argument

400k dead in Sudan? nah, don't care

650k in Tigray? can't even point it on the map

2. What are they even supporting?

The Palestinian identity was created by Amin Haj Husseini, a friend of Hitler who used to tour the Nazi extermination camps, it was proceeded by Arafat who conducted the first and 2nd intifada, to Hamas who's charter calls for the extermination of all Jews worldwide (updated to "Zionists" later on) - it's not even like there was ever a Palestinian moderate movement that you could claim to support, Mahmoud Abbas is the closest thing to a Palestinian moderate we ever had and even he still runs the Pay for Slay system, and he is extremely unpopular because even that's not enough Jewish blood for the poor and oppressed Palestinians

3. "Anti Zionism is not Anti Semitism"

"I don't hate Mexicans, I just want Mexico to be completely destroyed and its inhabitants to be murdered to the last one by their insane members, but I don't have a problem with Mexicans who also want Mexican destroyed [even though I attack my Mexican neighbor every once in a while]"

4. the dishonesty is something you just don't see in any other conflict

Every event is judged in the worst light possible

Israel trying to fight a terror group wearing civilian clothes, fights in civilian infrastructure, among civilians - while giving humanitarian corridors, humanitarian zones, vaccinating Palestinian kids, providing constant aid and internet access, making sure the hospitals keep running etc etc - genocide, to them, since Israel is Jewish, this is described as an attempt at completely exterminating the population

Israel attacked by 7 Arab armies in an attempt at ACTUAL genocide, and kicks out those who attacked it - evil unprovoked ethnic cleansing, nakba

Israel goes into Syria to stop Julani's thugs house to house massacre of entire Druze families - Israel is trying to conquer Syria for greater Israel

"IDF soldiers don't rape Arab women due to racism" - imagine being in the wrong for NOT raping someone

Edit: Just gonna post it here as pre-emptive response to the genocide blood libel -

>You are just proving my point right now though, genocide is defined as the attempt to exterminate a population (ethnic/religious/national) either as a whole or from a geographic area

>Israel has been allowing in constant aid, 24/7 internet, designated humanitarian zones (and corridors to reach those zones, AND temporary ceasefires so civilians can reach the corridors), stopped the war to vaccinate 1m Palestinian kids off polio and the list is unending, meanwhile Hamas fights in civilian clothes and does everything in its power to get more Palestinians killed

>You need to be beyond stupid to think that this is how genocide looks like, and frankly, I am sick of pretending like you all collectively are idiots, you are not an idiot, you are a hateful person and you would never had called this very average urban war a genocide if Israel wasn't Jewish

The justification of Israel's establishment for the endless religious war against it is so insanely ridiculous

(this was originally written for the Israeli subreddit, so its tone is as if it speaks to other Israelis)

I have spent way too much time arguing with the totally not LLMs pro Palestinians on this site, and when you actually take the time to show them that pretty much ALL the wars were instigated by the Palestinians or other Arab nations, and that all the 2SS offers came from Israel and were rejected by Palestine, it comes down to "but you have settled in their land"

Forget that the Palestinian identity did not exist when Jews started immigrating, and that the land was actively sold by Palestinians to the Jews, the whole idea that a war is justified because of something that happened 100 years ago is st*pid beyond comprehension

Is there any other instance where this happens?

Why aren't the Japanese constantly attack the United States for the nuclear bombs 80 years ago?

200k died in the war between Finland and Russia in the early 1940s, why is the border quiet now?

1.3 to 3.4 million died in Vietnam between 1955 to 1975!!! WHY ARE BALLISTIC MISSILES NOT FIRING OUT OF VIETNAM?!

Heck, if starting 3 wars with the intent to exterminate every last one of us and a million smaller wars against us is justified because we survived their first extermination attempt, and during it killed like 1-2k of them and kicked out a thousand others, imagine what should Israel should do to Germany for killing 6 million just a few years prior????? if we followed the same line of thinking shouldn't we start firing nukes now all towards Europe???

LibLeft - "I don't hate Jews, I just support the people who's goal is the murder of 8 million Jews for non-murderi reasons",... at least the auths are honest about it

I honestly have deeper respect and am more open to having a conversation with open anti semites than "anti zionists"

Ackchually, blood and soil ideologies are now based

I used to think it's Jew hatred, but after looking at so many examples just like this one, I am starting to think that this is genuine self hatred, they just hate everything that is western or successful, supporting the loser no matter how evil that loser is

The best way to motivate leftists to be passionate about something, is to tell them that the Jews are on the other side

It was insane to see how there was literally not a single word about the Alwites massacre online, then when the Druze massacre started still complete silence, and then the moment Israel declared it's going to intervene, all major subs were talking about how Israel is going to conquer Syria for the conspiracy of greater Israel or whatever

I guess that when the Jew does anything, we will twist the definition of genocide to fit that specific thing, but when actual genocides are happening we just don't care

It is my turn to post the lib left bad post of the day

There are like 20 deadlier conflicts than Israel Palestine in the last 2 decades, but it seems like the only one leftists care about is this one, with extreme bias (to the point of outright lying about it constantly) in favor of one, so I thought that I would ask what's up with that

(yes I know that many of them are Qatari LLMs, but it would be interesting to see what the LLM has to say about it as well)
