Franks Raniers Update

I'm now at one month of wearing my Franks Raniers almost every day. They have become quite comfortable and I love the arch support. I still have a smidge of heel slip, tightness on the left foot instep, and plenty of toe room. I have a question about the shaft though. It doesn't follow my leg movements very much. Does this take awhile to break in? Also, does the toe spacing look okay? This is an update from an older post in which I did not have any pictures.

I have been wearing Franks rainers for almost 3 weeks now, and they are starting to feel good. I'm still questioning sizing because I still have slight heel slip, the top of my foot is still hurting if I crank down on the laces, and my toes have more room than I am used to. If I crank the laces to about a thumb width apart the top of my foot will hurt after wearing a bit. I have worn these boots 5 days a week. Is my sizing off or is the boot not broken in?

Thanks
