Smoked Catfish!!
Was going fry it but at the last minute I thought "why not smoke it" turned out to be a great choice.
Smoked it at 270 for about 3.5 hours until 175 internal. Used charcoal and pecan wood chunks.
Still has that intense Catfish flavor but the flavor of the pecan wood and bbq rub takes it to another level
