Refilling Rollagas With Cheap Butane

Hi! I have rollagas on hand I'd like to refill immediately, but all I have access to at the minute is some dollar store (d'Lite) butane. Should I be that worried about using it? I usually use colibri and will be back to that for subsequent fills.

Bought this rollagas for my girlfriend from a fairly reputable eBay store a few months ago. After every fill it works perfectly for a little while and then starts sparking with no flame. Any ideas what this could be? Am I just filling it wrong?

Sorry for what I'm sure is a duplicate post but I haven't been able to figure it out reading through other threads on here.
