Wondered if anyone’s had a similar issue with becoming primary user? I’ve bought the car a couple months ago, already had a user attached which I was able to delete no problem. I’ve been unable to become primary user, I have both keys, I’ve factory reset the infotainment, I’ve connected to home WiFi + iPhone hotspot to test that but still no luck.. I’ve tried every fix I’ve seen online but no luck. I’m in contact with Cupra Connect customer services and I’ve been escalated to their technical team but they just keep telling me to factory reset the car…
The only issues I can see is that I’m on software version: 1899 - I think the latest is 1969 but I don’t get an OTA option to update to this (I have sourced the 1940 and 1969 9GB update files that I am tempted to flash to the infotainment myself.. but wary this could end badly)
Anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
