I started adding kefir to my diet about 2 weeks ago. I didn’t have anything particularly wrong with my gut and could handle food well but I did have some bloating issues and wanted to see if I could address that.

Fast forward to now and something is wrong. I feel lethargic, dehydrated, eating food makes me super sleepy, and things that merely made me tickle before now seem to giving me actual allergic reactions (kiwis as an example).

Is it possible my gut was actually in balance and going hard on the daily kefir has thrown me out of whack?

I don’t want to stop completely as I’ve just started getting palatable batches from my homemade stuff but this feels like a weird adverse reaction.
