A couple of weeks ago, I noticed my dog (10-11y/o female black lab) has a boney protrusion on her left side upper jaw, its in the position a wisdom tooth would be but do dogs get them and if they do, would I be able to feel it through the gums inside her mouth (I didnt when I went looking for it)

the protrusion is not really visually noticeable but quite noticeable when I touch the side of her face. If it is, its definitely below the gum line. It doesnt seem to bother her but I just want to double check.
