I've been banned for apparently violating child safety, they didn't show what exactly caused the ban and support just ghosted me, not even a rejection to my appeal. I did not post or write anything that could violate that rule, and this ban is unjust. When I submit a ticket, they copy paste to appeal in the app but like I said they just ghosted me, never replied after 22 days. I've had this account since like 2018 and they won't do nothing.
Yes I submited a ticket, no not once, not twice not even 3 times, much more. The response is always the same: Appeal from the app, and immediatly close the ticket. This is really frustrating, can someone help me?
