I love iems

So I love my iems (truthear zero reds) and I upgraded from these off brand fuckers, or this one off brand fucker because the left ear bud exploded in my ear. but anyway I'm wanting to upgrade from my iems because I want a bigger soundstage and like really good bass impact while still having that texture and depth y'know I listen to DM and goth music so yeah I have a 500 dollar budget. oh and I'll be getting a fiio jm17 soon I've been using a shitty old phone with a shitty dac adapter through poweramp with cd flacs

I really don't understand this

So on YouTube I have seen an influx of these so called 'speaker enthusiasts', saying things like 'class d amplification is ruining everything' and bitching and whining about how 80s speakers sound thousands of times better than (literally any) new speakers, like cheap speakers... Like not pioneers or anything like these Facebook marketplace distorted pieces of junk. or on the rare occasion they'll talk about focals and stuff and then they say some bullshit about how class d amps are blowing up 1979 focals 😐 are these people autistic, or like this is just baffling they act like you have 2 choices shitty tube amp from China or shitty class d from Taiwan this just makes literally no sense and I feel like I'm losing brain cells reading these comments. And there's more like much more

So I want to one day buy the Sennheiser Orpheus 2's, and I honestly have no idea how I would even be able to contact them to do that. And I wonder if there really is any real noticeable difference between something like the HIFIMAN Shangri-La against the Orpheus that's worth like 70 fucking thousand dollars, is it only really just for bragging rights or?
