6’2 81.5 kg 25M. BCA 2nd slide!
Hi all, would love everyone’s thoughts on my body composition. What’s yours and if you have any advice, thoughts, criticisms.
I am trying to bulk till 90kg by the end of this year. Is that reasonable, good or bad.
