Professional cook here that also cooks for the family from time to time. We have:

1st dish is reverse seared black garlic marinated lamb chops with thyme and rosemary, black bean and corn salsa, and greanbeens sauteed in garlic with blistered cherry tomatoes. My woman and I like our lamb on the medrare side, so the cook was perfect for us. Mint try a mint chimichurri next time.

2nd dish is whole Cornish hens stuffed with thyme, rosemary, shallot, garlic, and half a lemon each. The seasonings are Salt, Pepper, Granulated Onion and Garlic (I used these 4 in just about everything as a staple lmao), rubbed sage, the zest of the same lemon its stuffed with, and this poultry rub called Kickin Chicken.

Wild rice blend cooked in chicken stock, and Parmesan roasted asparagus with blistered tomatoes

What dictates "beating" the Castlevania stage? The stage, not the adventure mode; do I just need to clear all the bosses, or is there a certain thing that I need to do?
