I recently started buying Sami Bakery Low Carb Sourdough bread and bagels from my local health food store. I used to do keto for close to 7 years but moved to low carb about two years ago. I have still in low carb, been using keto branded bread products, but I am attempting to switch over from processed keto bread items to actual whole food that is lower in carbs and much more healthy.

Does anyone have experience with eating Sami Bakery Low Carb Sourdough products? I've not been using it long enough to tell any difference yet with my body, but it does not hurt my stomach and it actually feels filling. Most keto bread feels like eating nothing.

I don't have gluten or soy allergies so I'm not concerned about that aspect of the Sami bread, just if it's whole food enough or if it is just as bad as the processed breads. It doesn't have preservatives and it doesn't use modified wheat starch which is in almost every keto/low carb branded product. But I don't know if I should abandon even Sami and just eat Dave's Killer bread or bakery sourdough.
