Is there a way to make the photo browsing experience more pleasant?
In folders where I have many photos it takes ages to load the thumbnails and to be honest it's so frustrating trying to find specific photos. Is there any way to make this better?

Like, not finishing a master's in 1 or 2 years (depending on length) would be unthinkable where I come from. Yet I see so many in Taiwan finishing it in 3, 4 years or sometimes longer. I also found statistics from NTU reinforcing this (https://megapx-assets.dcard.tw/images/af8d4ae9-d6f7-4fe3-aeac-78b3a6b1d732/640.webp) What's the reason for this?
Right now I have a job which allows me to work 50% remotely (rest in office), but would like to increase that to 100%. I'm currently working as a Business Systems Analyst, building internal and external-facing services in a low-code environment that's unfortunately not a widely used platform outside of this very specific niche sector, and I'm also a semi-product owner (as in being the only person responsible for the platform, handling the workflows, direction and calls for what the organization does with the platform, but I don't have anything to do with the development of the platform as it's bought from external provider). I also do some general project management, stakeholder management, process mapping, requirements gathering and other digital transformation projects. I have no certs.
I find it hard to find a fully remote job as it seems most are geared towards engineers of some sort. How can I upskill and increase my chances of finding something fully remote? Or any other advice?
I'm in Europe if that's relevant.
