I have had some success at slow, consistent, sustainable weight loss this year but after hitting my goal (actually beat it by 1kg) for my holiday, I have been on an uncontrollable binge since.
I read on here once that you binge because you make a conscious decision to do so and I have found that, for me, to be 100% true and often this helps. It isn't helping just now. Once I get into the zone (this is not my first rodeo) I find everything easy. I know the foods to eat, what to eat in moderation and what to avoid because I can't control myself round certain foods. I walk a lot and live a generally active lifestyle, I am not looking for weight loss tips. I am looking for tips on how to figuratively slap the food out of my hand at the supermarket level and get back in to the zone.
How does anyone who has been in a similar position get themself out of this funk, before I regain all my weight.
