I’ve probably been lurking a few years in here between different accounts. It’s been quite a roller coaster, and I still have a long way to go. I don’t have access to a lot of old pics because life has been extremely tumultuous.

I do all my workouts at home through YouTube videos with a barbell, a few sets of dumbbells and a pull-up bar. I also practice some calisthenics. Prior to this year I could not do a single push-up, but now I do over 20 on my arm days!

I eat between 1,200 calories and 1,500 calories (occasionally more if I’m feeling particularly low energy), and try to get between 70-100 grams of protein (mostly through eggs, tuna, chicken, and Greek yogurt). I try to walk at least twice a week, and drink a lot of water, tea and coffee.

Life is hard. All that matters is pushing forward, and doing what you can to accept yourself. Thank you guys for inspiring me
