HSA Eligibility - Canadian Immigration Medical Test in USA

I used my Optum HSA debit card to pay for a Canadian Immigration medical exam to a licensed physician in Texas, US. The test includes blood test, chest xray, vision test. I won’t get the results, the results will be directly shared with the Canadian Immigration. The payment went through but wanted to confirm if this is HSA eligible? If this is not eligible, what should I do? The payment amount is $500

I’m on F-1 STEM OPT (application pending) and my DL expires May 18th. I went to the Houston DPS on April 8th, but because my new EAD hasn't arrived, they initiated a SAVE verification.
It’s been nearly a month and CaseCheck still says "under review."

My situation:
SAVE Status: Under review since April 8th.
Documents: Pending STEM OPT (I-797 receipt notice in hand).
DL Expiry: May 18th (2 weeks away).

Questions:

Timelines: For those in Houston/Texas on STEM OPT, how long did your SAVE verification actually take recently?
2. Expediting:
3. Is there any way to nudge the SAVE process?

Any tips or success stories would be huge. Thanks!

I’m currently on my post-completion OPT and have a STEM OPT extension application pending with USCIS.

Since filing the application, my marital status has changed from single to married. I checked in with my DSO, and they suggested I see if there is an option to add additional evidence to the pending application regarding this change.

I have a few questions for those who might have been in a similar spot:

Is it necessary? Does a change in marital status affect the adjudication of a Form I-765 for STEM OPT?

  1. Unsolicited Evidence: Should I proactively upload my marriage license to the USCIS portal as "Unsolicited Evidence," or is it better to leave the application as-is since the marriage doesn't change my underlying visa eligibility?

  2. Address/Name Changes: My name and address are staying the same; it is strictly just the marital status that has updated.

Has anyone successfully uploaded biographical updates like this while an application was in progress? I'd appreciate any insights or experiences you can share!
