HELP! 🆘 Battery indicator is stuck while using!

My device has a weird issue: The LED works fine when charging (Red while charging, Green when full). However, once I start using it, the LED stays static and never changes.

I never know how much battery is left because it stays green until the device suddenly dies. Has anyone fixed this "frozen" battery level issue before?

Is it a firmware bug or a hardware defect?-
