Anyone got it yet? Can't find any reviews yet on youtube. What do you think of this keyboard. For the price I’d expect at least 2.4 GHz wireless, ideally tri-mode with Bluetooth too.
I just got the M612-RGB Pro and am having 2 main issues with the mouse.
First, it only appears in the app when USB wired. I am able to connect it with no issues using the dongle and 2.4 mode, but the software itself says the mouse is not connected unless I hardwire it, which it then appears.
Second, after recording and saving a macro, the "macro" option does not appear in the dropdown when I go to assign it to the button.
Has anyone experienced any of these issues?
I recently purchased the Redragon Anime Keyboard & Mouse combo from Amazon and so far I really like both devices. Neither are perfect but they both have a great feel and I love the flexibility between wired, 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth connections.
However, I have not been able to locate the drivers for either on your website. There are a few devices that are similar but I'm not finding exact matches and want to make sure I get the versions I need.
I am running both Windows 10 & 11. Thanks!
They match perfectly with my new desktop pad also!

Hi. Are there any plans for integration with linux systems? I'm currently testing linux and plan on moving fully onto it in the future. I've read there is little to none compatible programs for now (I think there is only alternative for mouse), which is quite a big problem for me, because I recently bought streamdeck, hoping to ease my work a bit and currently finding out that I could've paid for elgato and have 6 different programs to choose from
Ty Redragon (redragonshop.com) for providing the custom glass mouse pad for review. The opinions is my own.
these feet came from the box? Is this the silicon rubber they were referring to? Well i stuck it to the underside of the glass mousepad

Please allow approximately 2 weeks or more for production and delivery.
Please upload a high-resolution vertical image with a minimum resolution of 720×1440 pixels for the best print quality and perfect fit.
Also in regards to the important notes, to add onto that, it's important that you provide a HQ image based on the minimum resolution they recommend. The end result highly depends on providing the best quality pic as possible.
I screen cap the latest Youjo Senki Season 2 (episode 1?), then use AI to upscale and enhance the image quality.
Because this is custom made, expect the wait time of 2 weeks roughly.
Just to elaborate, this is tempered glass and micro etched.
Looking closely i see some micro textures, but yet, when i touch it, it's very smooth.
Holding it on the side, you can see it's thickness. I feels that the thickness is fine. It's not too chunky, but neither is it too thin either. Feels about right.
While this glass mouse pad feels incredibly solid, keep in mind that it is still glass albeit tempered, so you'll want to be careful not to drop it. Unlike cheap, hard plastic mouse pads that can survive a fall onto the floor completely fine, this premium surface is fragile and requires real care. Make sure to handle it with caution to keep it in perfect condition.
The corners are well rounded, not sharp at all. Very smooth.
I provided a sharp HQ image to use for the graphic, the end result came out glass tinted. I'm guessing it looks like that because of the micro etching in addition to the tempered glass layer.
But that said, you would need to look very close to the mouse pad to get that "oo maybe it's not as sharp an image as it should be".
In practice? When i'm sitting at my desk, i'm looking at it angled from a healthy distance from it, and it looks fine to me. Maybe others will have a different opinion, i'm just sharing my own.
The glass mousepad stays firmly in place using the rubber silicon feet i placed underneath the mouse pad. I placed on my crazy horse leather desk pad, it doesn't move when trying to move it. So don't worry about that.
Give it a good wipe using a micro fiber cloth should suffice. It's quite easy to clean.
The specs say it's scratch proof, probably meaning it will work fine with the skates.
i've compared it to my leather pad and i can tell there is a difference in glide. the leather wasn't as smooth as the glass. That said, i'm not saying my leather pad is unusable as a mouse pad (it is), i'm merely stating the fact based on my experience testing between them, there is a noticeable difference.
I am using a Royal Kludge RK MG5 wireless gaming mouse which is powered by the latest PixArt PAW3950 optical sensor which is a top flagship sensor which supports glass tracking. So yes, this is the correct mouse with the right sensor to be using on a glass mouse pad.
I'm testing initially with the original RK MG5 skates, they do work, but eventually they will wear out on a glass mouse pad. So it's recommended to replace them with skates designed for glass mouse pads.
I bought some West Lab Dots Universal Mouse Skates, specifically, the Orange (PTFE) which has a profile for being "Quick and fast speed".
Doing my research, this is what another veteran recommended after having tried all sorts of skates, so that's why i went with these.
PTFE skates on a glass mouse pad will wear over time. It's recommended to replace every few months, once you notice that the mouse isn't as smooth, which is probably due to worn out skates.
If you commit to a glass mouse pad, just think of it like paying for a subscription service basically. The price for the skates aren't muich, and it's only every few months, for me, it's not a big deal, but i can't speak for others.
PTFE stands for Polytetrafluoroethylene, which is the chemical name for the low-friction material famously branded as Teflon.
If you want something that doesn't wear out as fast as PTFE, then there is UHMWPE.
UHMWPE stands for Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene. It is an incredibly tough, dense plastic used to make high-performance alternative mouse skates.
But the reason why i did not pick UHMWPE, is because of the muddy profile.
I got a glass mouse pad to chase that smooth fast glide, so getting a muddy feel, feels counter productive.
So yes, i am willing to accept PTFE will burn through faster and need to be replaced, and i am ok with that.
This is my RK MG5 mouse settings for the glass mouse pad
Even when not using glass mode, it still worked. But since i have a glass mode... why not. I suspect however, that the glass mode was primarily for the older glass moude pads. But these newer ones like the Redragon had added micro etching, so it works because the gaming mouse has a frame of reference for tracking.
This is a demo showing how the RK MG5 mouse smoothly glides on the glass mouse pad using the orange dot skates i just installed
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bubrcB-ZZg8
As i was testing it, the skates felt like they glided better after a few hours of testing. I guess you need to wear them in?
I did try without and it worked, but if you move your hand a lot and it touches the glass, i would say get the hand sleeves. This is what i used. No armband needed, it cuts off at your elbow which is sufficient. The only reason you would need the armband variant is if you were driving outdoors.
I won on my first test using the glass mouse pad. I had not installed the skates yet. Nor did i use the cloth wear for my hand either. I wasn't even paying attention or being mindful of the glass mouse pad, i simply played normally while focused on the game, that is an important point.

So who is this for? If you want a nice aesthetic piece on your desk, or you are a gamer chasing whatever edge you can get, and you want that smooth glide that no other surface does except a glass mouse pad, and, you are willing to replace the skates every few months when you notice they are starting not to glide as smoothly. In addition, you need to be able to patiently wait the 2 weeks for the order, and, you need to be able to responsibly provide the image graphic in high resolution to achieve a good result.
If you meet those requirements, then i can definitely recommend this Redragon custom mouse pad to you.
However, if you can't wait, and you are too lazy to come up with the image graphic, then i would suggest Redragon's other glass mouse pad, the Drake Oath series, for which you can pick from multiple choices of characters for your preference.
Because the Drake Oath is premade, they can ship it to you immediately rather than a long wait for the custom variant which is what i reviewed. It's cheaper too. Also, they made a good design so you don't have to. Example, i didn't add any borders to mine, because i'm not a graphic designer and i didn't pay an artist to touch it up for me. But the Drake Oath has some nice bordering graphics design which is well suited for a mouse pad. That said, i still love my new glass mouse pad, and am okay with my own design, just pointing out, it could have been better, but that's on me.
I've also rated the glass mouse pad out of 10, with 10 being the highest score.
Build 8.5
Only reason it doesn't get a 10, is because comparing to other glass mouse pads, it's on the small side which is a highly contentious issue especially for gamers that do wide mouse sweeps. But everything else checks out
Aesthetic: 8.5
I was overall satisfied with how it turned out.
I'm especially fond with the choice of the image of tanya terrorizing the pilot, and fits in with my first person shooter gamers theme that fits my sadist humor.
Also, because my image showed a side by side of 2 faces, when my mouse is on the glass mouse pad, i still get a decent view of the faces, rather than have the mouse covering the main portions of the image during use. In short, it turned out great.
The sky is the limit how yours turn out. Most of it will be based on your own creativity of what you consider would look best as your dream custom glass mouse pad.
Price: 7
At RM 250, a glass mouse pad certainly isn't cheap. However, it is nowhere near as expensive as the Razer Atlas, which commands a hefty RM 599. What’s even more impressive is that Redragon offers a custom graphic service at this price point—a feature Razer doesn't provide at all.
I picked this up mainly for the solid build quality and the custom artwork option, which significantly elevates my desk aesthetic. It doesn't just look great; it is also highly practical for daily use. At this price, especially when compared to Razer, it’s hard to complain. You truly get excellent value for your money.
To reiterate, price is relative. Within the glass mouse pad market, the Redragon Custom sits slightly above their Drake Oath series. While they share the exact same build quality and functionality, the Custom version costs a bit more solely due to the personalization option. Overall, I would place the Redragon Custom Glass in the budget-friendly tier of the glass mouse pad market (B-tier).
For context, something like the Razer Atlas would be considered A-tier, while ultra-premium options like Artisan mouse pads sit comfortably above that, S-tier. But being B-tier doesn't mean the Redragon Custom Glass is a bad product. In fact, it is a highly reasonable, high-quality entry point for anyone looking to experience a glass surface without breaking the bank.
Performance: 8.5
With the orange dot skates and after wearing them in after a few hours games session, the mouse slides smoothly compared to any non glass mouse pads i've used in the past. On top of the new RK MG5 mouse, and the glass mouse pad, this combination is the best i've ever used, honestly. I really have nothing to critisize in regard to the performance. Wireless mouse, check. Smooth gliding, check. Accurate and fast mouse tracking running at 8000 wireless polling rate, check. All these things combed, and it feels great playing with this setup.
They keep sending me the email for it and I have replied to it every time and they acted like I never send them anything. Also tried to talk to someone in the discord server but didn't really get any help because they assumed I purchased something from the website. Obviously I did but the point is it wasn't related to a product issue, it was more of the facts replying to the emails they sent me did nothing at all. Also saw another winner have trouble getting a response too. What's going on?
Edit: Post has been solved. Got another email confirming my delivery and an apology about the system glitch they got. No idea if it was through here, the emails or discord server.
Hello,
I recently purchased a Redragon VATA PRO keyboard and I have a question/problem regarding the G1-G5 macro keys.
I would like to create a macro such as:
javierGutierrez{TAB}myLongKeypa$$01{TAB}Enter
without any delays between the keystrokes.
When I manually record the macro using the keyboard's REC function and G1-G5, the keyboard records not only the key presses but also the time intervals between them. For example, if I take 15 seconds to type the sequence, the macro can take approximately 15 seconds to play back.
I have tried generating the keystrokes automatically using several methods, including:
AutoHotkey Send
SendEvent
SendInput
Explicit KeyDown / KeyUp events
AutoHotInterception / Interception, targeting the actual VATA PRO keyboard device
I can successfully generate the keystrokes in Windows. However, the Redragon macro recorder does not recognize these simulated keystrokes when it is in REC mode. Only physically pressed keys are recorded.
I have also noticed that the Redragon software includes a macro editor where I can manually edit the recorded delays. However, there appears to be an important limitation: macros created/edited through this software cannot be assigned to the dedicated G1-G5 keys. They can only be assigned to other regular keyboard keys.
This makes the software macro editor quite impractical for the purpose of using the dedicated G1-G5 macro keys.
My questions are:
Is there a way to configure the VATA PRO so that G1-G5 macros do not record the timing/delays between keystrokes?
Is there a setting in the Redragon software to record macros with a fixed or zero delay?
Is there a way for the software's macro editor to assign a macro directly to G1-G5?
Does the VATA PRO firmware support receiving simulated/generated keyboard events during macro recording, or does the recorder specifically require physical keyboard input?
Ideally, I would like to use the dedicated G1-G5 keys while having the macro execute the keystrokes immediately, without reproducing the delays that occurred during recording.
Thank you for your help.
We’re adding more DE & ES layout keyboards to Redragonshop.eu, but we know there are plenty of other layouts the community wants!
If you could pick one Redragon keyboard + one ISO layout for our next release, what would it be? 👀

I got this custom glasspad from redragon and Id like to share my thoughts. First of all the print came out superb and the quality of the print itself is really good. The colors are vibrant and not so washed out like some other custom glasspads.
The surface is balanced and reminds me of the superglide v1 in speed profile. extremely low static friction with medium dynamic friction. its smooth not very textured. the surface is sensitive to skate type. my favorite was pink fox by unusualway sports, its really smooth and quiet. magic ice plus also feels good but its a bit louder. obsidian ultra felt scratchy imo.
the surface also seems to hold onto dust so you need to be careful and give it a good wipe before use. the great thing about this pad is i dont face issues with my arm or fingers sticking to it. however the base comes with rubber dots that you need to apply yourself to the backside. the edges feel bumpy because the glass is raised by the dots. the dots are really good at keeping the pad in place though once theyre applied. i didnt have any issues with the base warping
the price is a major advantage of this pad. for a custom glass mousepad its only $60 before any coupons or sales are applied, right now they have 15% back to school discount and 25% off for students. So if you want entry level glass with a custom design this is a great option.
the size is subjective, it is 30x30cm in size which could be nice for people without a lot of desk space, but if you use low sens you could wish you had more pad area. overall, for the price its a good option especially if youre new to glass and hesitant about dropping 100$+ on other brands
I have an k535-kb pro , the keyboard is switch mode depends on the position of the power switch on the back \[2.4G OFF BT\] the issue is that when it's on Bluetooth the mode goes to wired mode but the wireless mode is when the device is off and the 2.4G is replaced with wired.
Tried the key fn+esc for reset but didn't work
Ask some ai and done fn+tab+esc , worked at first but turned bak again after a minute
Hi - I bought a UCAL K673 PRO (HERE) in December of 2024. I have had no issues with it until the last month or so. Now, it turns on and off on its own, is not responsive, doesn’t charge, won’t work when it’s plugged in, has sticky keys and drifts, and the indicator light for charging is not measuring the charge accurately.
I spent $65 on this keyboard - is it worth it to try and pay someone to find out what’s wrong/have it repaired? Or should I just buy a new keyboard?
I opened up the back and saw that the cord to the battery might have some stuff on it (could it be glue?) I haven’t split anything on my keyboard and am good about keeping it clean.
I contacted Redragon customer support but I bought the keyboard off Amazon so they can’t help me.
Any help/advice is appreciated! Thanks!
Let me start by saying I love my Red Dragon stuff. I'm disabled and had pet parrots that absolutely destroyed another companies stuff. The community really helped me figure out what I needed and it's been great.
Until now. I just got a new pc. I missed some of my lighting effects. The driver does not exist on your main site. The reddragonshop site has it but it says no keyboard found. I ran through all of the possible troubleshooting. Joined the discord. Was told to redo all the troubleshooting which I did. Confirmed that I had the correct thing. Confirmed that I had even tried to version I don't have. No further response from that person. Two days later I pushed for help. A different user who is not labeled in any way responded and directed me to a random google drive to download update tool.exe and then a different driver again from random google drive. Which I mean I'm just not going to do.
My issue is that the discord seems to be full of people with similar issues. If this is a real fix why isn't it being pushed to the website. Why are the drivers for this keyboard missing on the red dragon site in the first place and if it's not why isn't the support channel on the discord suggested by the website being policed?
I'm the first to admit that I have a soft spot for a cozy desk ☕️🍃🌧️
Give me warm lighting, a few happy plants, a cup of coffee, and a keyboard that makes me want to sit down and stay awhile, and I'm a pretty happy person.
So when Redragon sent over the Desk Set Pro in the Sakura colorway, I was excited to spend a few weeks with it.
Right out of the box I was delighted by the matching color/print of the keyboard and mouse. It's soft without feeling washed out, and it fit into my workspace much more naturally than I expected. It looked right at home surrounded by walnut, greenery, and the snacks that somehow accumulate on my desk every day.
I also had a lot of fun with the RGB. I tend to keep mine fairly subtle, but every now and then I'd cycle through the effects while waiting for a meeting to start just to see what felt right that day. It's bright, colorful, and surprisingly playful.
A major perk of this board set is that it’s LIGHT. I've tossed it in my bag a couple of times without thinking twice, and if you're someone who subscribes to the “have keyboard will travel” mindset that is a real plus. And I’ve never been mad about having a matching mouse.
Take my review with a margaritas worth of salt and note that most days I'm typing on enthusiast keyboards that I've spent way too much time (and let’s be honest, money) tinkering with. That's my hobby, and it's what I tend to compare everything else to.
But I don't think that's the fairest comparison here.
This set isn't trying to be a customi keyboard. It's for someone who wants to open the box, plug it in, and instantly have a matching wireless setup that looks great on their desk.
For me, it was missing some of the heft and sound I look for in a daily driver but I can see this being great set up for someone looking a cozy aesthetic and easy set up. I won’t be gate keeping keyboards any time soon.
There's room in this hobby for all of us.
There is a dollar difference in price so what's the real difference? This will be my first tri mode mice, mostly for office and casual non competitive games, I'm reading reviews as much as I can. Have read Ajazz coming short in terms of QC, anything else I should know?
Good afternoon. I searched the group for something similar but couldn't find anything. When Num Lock is on, the LED turns white—unlike the other keys—and I’d like to reverse that: keep the LED colored when Num Lock is on and white when it’s off. I usually keep it on all the time. I couldn't find anything about this in the software.
Somebody help me decide if I should get the redragon m913 impact elite or the redragon m601 the res wired one for minecraft
I need multiple side keys for switching items in hotbars and shortcuts cus I don't like using my keyboard too much
This is how I would use the m913
Side buttons-
1 Jump (Yes I use my side button for jump. Pressing three keys on the keyboard at the same time for sprint jumping bothers me a lot)
2 Sneaking (If jump is assigned to a side button then it only makes sense for the sneak to be too, and just like that both the side buttons on my mouse have been already used)
3 Inventory
4 Throwing an item (Default Q)
5, 6, 7, 8, 9 for hotbar slots( 1 to 4 hotbar slots are fine on the keyboard or I might change that too)
Now for the m601
I need it solely for drag clicking
I wanna get better at pvp
This is the only cheap mouse which I can find for drag clicking and is easily available where I live too on amazon
So please help me I am indecisive
Also my budget is very tight
