They keep sending me the email for it and I have replied to it every time and they acted like I never send them anything. Also tried to talk to someone in the discord server but didn't really get any help because they assumed I purchased something from the website. Obviously I did but the point is it wasn't related to a product issue, it was more of the facts replying to the emails they sent me did nothing at all. Also saw another winner have trouble getting a response too. What's going on?

Edit: Post has been solved. Got another email confirming my delivery and an apology about the system glitch they got. No idea if it was through here, the emails or discord server.
