I have an k535-kb pro , the keyboard is switch mode depends on the position of the power switch on the back \[2.4G OFF BT\] the issue is that when it's on Bluetooth the mode goes to wired mode but the wireless mode is when the device is off and the 2.4G is replaced with wired.

Tried the key fn+esc for reset but didn't work

Ask some ai and done fn+tab+esc , worked at first but turned bak again after a minute
