Getting Cozy with the BS7552 Sakura DeskPro Set

I'm the first to admit that I have a soft spot for a cozy desk ☕️🍃🌧️

Give me warm lighting, a few happy plants, a cup of coffee, and a keyboard that makes me want to sit down and stay awhile, and I'm a pretty happy person.

So when Redragon sent over the Desk Set Pro in the Sakura colorway, I was excited to spend a few weeks with it.

Right out of the box I was delighted by the matching color/print of the keyboard and mouse. It's soft without feeling washed out, and it fit into my workspace much more naturally than I expected. It looked right at home surrounded by walnut, greenery, and the snacks that somehow accumulate on my desk every day.

I also had a lot of fun with the RGB. I tend to keep mine fairly subtle, but every now and then I'd cycle through the effects while waiting for a meeting to start just to see what felt right that day. It's bright, colorful, and surprisingly playful.

A major perk of this board set is that it’s LIGHT. I've tossed it in my bag a couple of times without thinking twice, and if you're someone who subscribes to the “have keyboard will travel” mindset that is a real plus. And I’ve never been mad about having a matching mouse.

Take my review with a margaritas worth of salt and note that most days I'm typing on enthusiast keyboards that I've spent way too much time (and let’s be honest, money) tinkering with. That's my hobby, and it's what I tend to compare everything else to.

But I don't think that's the fairest comparison here.
This set isn't trying to be a customi keyboard. It's for someone who wants to open the box, plug it in, and instantly have a matching wireless setup that looks great on their desk.

For me, it was missing some of the heft and sound I look for in a daily driver but I can see this being great set up for someone looking a cozy aesthetic and easy set up. I won’t be gate keeping keyboards any time soon.

There's room in this hobby for all of us.

🌿 Finally reached the point where my desk feels like my space.

Finally feeling like this space reflects me. Lots of plants, warm wood, cozy lighting, and keyboards that change with the seasons. 🌿☕

🌧️ One Month with the Redragon EISA K768 | An Enthusiast's Perspective

I've been using the Redragon EISA K768 in the Lilac Land color-way for about a month now, and as someone who normally lives in the 60-75% keyboard world, stepping into a 96% layout was a fun change of pace.

Setup couldn't have been easier. It was truly plug-and-play on both my Mac and PC, and I was up and typing in just a few minutes.

For those looking for the specs on this board:

  • Tri-Mode Connection
  • Custom Dragon Chant Switch
  • 5 Layers Padding Gasket Mounted
  • Massive 8000mAh Battery
  • Compact 100-Key Layout
  • Dedicated Knob Control
  • Premium PBT & Hot-Swap

As someone who's spent a lot of time with enthusiast boards, I expected to miss that refined typing experience. Instead, I found the stock switch and keycap combination pleasantly satisfying, with a tactile feel and sound profile that exceeded my expectations for a board in this price range. The volume knob is also a feature I found myself using constantly, and the RGB is absolutely one of this board's biggest strengths. If you enjoy customizing your lighting, this keyboard delivers. 🌈

If you're just getting into mechanical keyboards, this board checks a lot of boxes. You get hot-swap support, multiple connectivity options, RGB, and a compact full-size layout, giving you plenty of room to experiment without immediately feeling the need to upgrade.

🍃 Great for: First mechanical keyboard, RGB lovers, productivity users, Mac/PC households, anyone wanting lots of features for the price.

🌧️ Keep in mind: If you're already deep into premium enthusiast boards, you're paying several times more for those refinements. The K768 isn't trying to compete there, and that's perfectly okay.

Thanks to Redragon for giving me the opportunity to spend some time with the EISA K768 and share my honest thoughts from the cozy.rainy.keys HQ!

It's even on sale right now for a steal: https://redragonshop.com/products/eisa-k768?variant=48049119101150

I've included a few photos along with a sound test so you can judge the typing experience for yourself. If you'd like to see it in action, I also posted a reel over on my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rainy.cozy.keys/

EPOMAKER TH108 V2 Pro Review

I’ll admit it, I usually gravitate toward TKL and smaller boards, so jumping into a full-size layout with the Epomaker TH108 V2 Pro felt a little like inviting a grand piano onto my desk. As it turns out? I kind of loved it.

The extra functionality of the numpad quickly won me over during long workdays, and the overall typing experience was surprisingly comfortable from morning coffee to late-night “just one more email” territory. For a plastic board, the TH108 V2 Pro has a satisfying amount of heft that keeps it feeling planted and substantial on the desk.

The stock configuration was honestly lovely right out of the box. I tested it first with the included keycaps paired alongside Epomaker’s silent switches, and the combination delivered a soft, clean sound profile that felt wonderfully balanced. Quiet enough for work calls, but still carrying that cozy little “thock” hidden beneath the rain clouds.

And the RGB? Absolutely sings. The small display quickly became home to an endless rotation of adorable frog gifs, which feels spiritually correct for this setup.

Since the board is hot swappable, I eventually swapped in Osume Lilac Dreams in the Marshmallow profile, which deepened the sound signature beautifully while giving the board a dreamy custom aesthetic that felt very rainy.cozy.keys coded.

Overall, the TH108 V2 Pro ended up being a genuinely fantastic surprise. If you’re someone who wants the added utility of a full-size board without sacrificing sound, comfort, or personality, this one deserves a spot on your desk.
