Anyone having any luck getting their order shipped from Nuphy or a refund? I ordered a Node 100 lp on May 22 and still have had no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or $20 cash refund as mentioned in this post. I decided to give them a chance to see if they would ship my order today, but now my order just doesn't exist. When I click on the "view order" link on the original email confirmation, it takes me to a 404.
I requested a full refund through the google form linked in the above post, but this whole thing just seems so shady. I ordered a new Node through amazon, but where's my original order? Am I SOL for $110 and no keyboard from the Nuphy store??
Edit: I reached out to them a few days ago via their support email and no response from that either.
I just got a Nuphy Air75 v3 with the red switches, and so far it's been a fantastic little keyboard. I was experimenting with some shine-through keycaps, and noticed when I put them on that not all of the keys were a uniform height.
In the picture above, I tried to illustrate this with two different keys in the bottom row. I apologize for the poor photography, I hope the annotations do an OK job indicating what I am seeing a bit more clearly in-person.
When I put the new keycaps on, I noticed that some seemed to be more depressed than others, which was visible when viewing the keyboard's side profile. I thought I had perhaps pushed the caps on too hard (they were a tad tight on the stems). Taking the keys on and off and switching them around produced the same results, so I figured it wasn't that. I swapped back to the OEM keycaps, and same result (pictured). I then thought this was perhaps caused by uneven switches, so I swapped the switches between the keys pictured, and had the same result, so I figured it must be the board itself.
Is this normal? It's not something I've noticed on other keyboards, although admittedly I have not used too many of them and perhaps this is just the first time I am noticing what is otherwise a standard feature. It doesn't really impact the typing experience in a material way, so just trying to figure out if my board is just a bit warped (in which case I may try to exchange) or if this is completely normal.
Thanks for any help from those a bit more experienced!
TLDR There's surprisingly nothing wrong with my newly bought Air V3, so far.
Is there much of a diffeence between red and blush nano switches?
I finally bit the bullet and ordered the Air v3, but I managed to find it in a reasonable price from a local reseller - which gives me the access to the sweet sweet european consumer returns policy in case anything goes wrong.
Fortunately, I've been using it for the last couple of days and I must say I'm rather happy with my purchase - no connection, or switch related issues so far.
The only thing is that I got the wrong set of switches on it - the listing was for blush nanos, I got reds. It's the resellers fault, not Nuphy's
I don't really want to return it, because they don't have the blushes in stock and fiding another offer at a similar price locally would be unlikely, so I decided to either stay with reds or just buy an extra set of blush nanos.
So the question is if it is even worth switching from reds to blushes, considering I quite like the sound of the keeb rn and i'm not bothered by the noise level (it's already much much quieter than my old one), but after all I did want to get the silent switches and most likely I'd appreciate it if the difference is significant.
Anybody try the ATK yogo 75? I ordered the nuphy air b3 100 because I would prefer the numpad but still hasn’t shipped and I’m seeing a lot of issues with the current keyboards. Feeling like I should cancel and just suck it up and get the ATK yogo which looks like has great reviews

We know this has been a frustrating experience, and we are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. To prevent this from happening again, we have disabled pre-order buttons on our website — products that are not currently in stock will no longer be listed as available. We will continue to post updates here as the situation develops. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Link to my previous post from ~2 weeks ago detailing getting a broken keyboard and not getting any kind of resolution here.
Bought a Node 100 in March. Defective out of the box: double typing, phantom presses, connectivity drops across wired/2.4/Bluetooth, plus an undocumented LED blink. I completed every troubleshooting step NuPhy requested and got nothing in response. u/nuphy_support responded and got someone to finally respond to my email with a real solution and say they'd be willing to help out but instead, they've just been yanking my chain around for an additional 2+ weeks with no resolution and some bullshit excuse about their system not updating even though they know they fought the dispute, won the dispute, and inexplicably won't refund me despite doing the aforementioned things.
Timeline
NuPhy has my money. The dispute has been closed in their favor for weeks. I have a broken keyboard and no refund despite them inexplicably saying they're happy to refund me LOLLLL.
What is the actual resolution here? Also if this sounds ridiculous it is because it is. There is no hyperbole here. This is a legit timeline with receipts in email lol.
It's been 1 year since getting this keyboard, so it seemed like a good benchmark for a review! Mechanical keyboards are supposed to last a decade or so, though I don't know how long this one was built to last.
For reference I use this 8+ hours a day for work and gaming
The aluminum body doesn't have any chips, there are a few tiny dings on the edges but it's a soft metal and I travel a lot so I think that's within expectations. Plastic bottom looks great and the sticky feet are still original.
Switches still sound like day 1 except for 1 key that has a ping. I'm not sure if it's the keycap or the switch that's the problem, but it's not a big deal for me so going to leave it until i get new switches or keycaps. I'm a sucker for pitter patter rain sounds and this board + raspberry switches are just right for me.
Battery lasts a couple weeks, it'll probably be good for a while longer. Once this battery cycles out I'm going to remove it and be wired full time, or replace it. I don't see any batteries for sale on nuphy
2.4 works great and so does wired, but Bluetooth has been unreliable since the beginning. I don't use Bluetooth though so that's not a problem.
TLDR
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this board! I'm going to keep it for a while. Typing on it still brings me joy a year later so I think that's good enough for me.
As an aside, I got my brother one too and we removed his battery so he could have his wired full time. If you want a wired one but it's sold out online, you can do this to avoid spicy pillows
Here is my order number NU407053. I understand there’s a backlog, but could I get some updates?
*Air V3 100
So, I recently posted a review of Node75 which I had to return because metalic sound, faulty switches and signal interference, thanks again to people for pointing all of this out and helping me test this.
While I am waiting for Keychron K3 HE and ultra to come out, I decided to trust Nuphy once again and go with the premium option. Hey, maybe my Node75 was a one time thing. Nope, far from that.
With air75 v3, my first experience started with a failed firmware upgrade, and a faulty switch on at least T, F, J switches, I stopped testing further because why would I, I am just gonna return it.
Feel is nice, metalic sound is a lot less because case is structured better it seems, aluminum top is overrated, you forget about that about like an hour, plastic on node75 was just fine.
Firmware is still garbage, as signal interference is also here when you’re playing on 2.4 dongle.
Anyway, as a lot of people pointed out in this thread before me, just don’t buy Nuphy, qc is shit, firmware is shit, support is usually shit too, delivery with Yuntrack and other stuff also doesn’t really help with customer experience.
Anyway, that’s my review, I could’ve gone into more detail about the keyboard itself, but there’s already plenty of that on the internet.
Attached a video of a simple key test showing a faulty T button.
Share your stories down below, let’s save regular people’s wallets together!
Absolutely love the combo - was skeptical about the work louder caps given the cost but definitely worth it!
Got my 1st NuPhy today, and I'm super excited to showoff my mix of the original along with Coast Twilight
Moving to an office soon for a couple of days (maybe more) and need quiet switches for my Air65 v3. I see the Blush switches are out of stock in the official store, but looking at the Gateron store, I found that the Silent Red V3 specs look practically identical. Is there any real difference that makes the Blush special, or should I just grab the Silent Reds? thanks!
Edit: I swapped out half the blush switches with the red ones so they would have the same switch, and the keyboard with the better quality keycaps is audibly better even when I put the same family of keycaps on them. Was the keyboard just in-general built better then? This is incredibly evident in the spacebar. With the same switches and same keycaps, the one on the blush board was SO much less rattley. The one with the lower switch quality‘s gasket mount is also extremely stiff to the point that it feels almost nonexistent. The quality and sound difference between the base board kits themselves under the same conditions is quite noticeable. Is there a huge quality control issue? Or are the different retail versions also built differently?
I know there are two versions of Air V3 keycaps depending on retailer and such, but was it ever mentioned that they were different quality and profile? One of them seems to use a less stable stem, and the spacebar does not have the extra padding. I don’t know I just found it strange, has anyone else experienced this?

I sent an email asking about the status of my order on May 29th but no response. Anyone else order an Air V3 in May? How long did it take to get to you?
Wondering what the order cancellation experience is like? I placed an order almost a week ago and still haven’t received a tracking number. I didn’t realize they also sell through Amazon, so thinking of cancelling and re-ordering through there. How long does support typically take to respond?
Thanks
Wanted the V3 100 so bad. Is there any other keyboards like it in the marketplace? Thinking cancelling and ordering something else
When will the Air v3 ISO-UK be in stock with silent switches? Thank you
