I was 90% convinced to get a NuPhy keyboard after watching so many youtube videos calling it the best keyboard to get. Why are reviews on Amazon completely different?

I'm gonna buy with a courier service because I'm not from America, which makes the return considerably more difficult so I have to make sure, is there really a high percentage of them coming with faulty switches out of the box?

I'm was considering the Air75 V3, with blush nano switches because I need it to be silent, I'm coming from an Apple magic keyboard.

What do you recommend? Going to maybe louder switches which will last longer? which one is more durable and not as loud?

Used to have old mechanical keyboards in the past (8 years ago) and all ended up failing and double tapping, moved to Apple's magic keyboard and lasted me for 7 years with no issues, now I'm considering going back to mechanical low profile

I couldn't decide between the K3 a the air75 v3, the first seems to have bluetooth issues, and now I see the second has issues with switches, so I'm back to square 1 lol.

i bought a nuphy node75 from a third party website that was on a sale, i got it or the equivalent of around 90 dollars, it arrived today and right out o the box two keys are defective! just as i've expected rom all o the reviews ive seen about it. one o the deective keys is rather obvious to notice looking at this post. it is such a shame because this is my irst low proile keyboard, i loved the design and bought it with such high hopes that my risk will be worth it when my keyboard arrives lawless and i get to use my irst expensive keyboard. (90 bucks for a keyboard is NOT budget or me! it is twice as much as the last keyboard i got that worked perectly ine out o the box) this is also my irst low proile keyboard and i actually really love typing on this thing. really only i the switches werent aulty this had the potential to be the coolest piece o tech i own. its really beautiful and somewhat reminiscent o the braun design language (which is mentioned suspiciously oten on the reviews that i've seen on youtube.) i love the look the sound the "eel" the everything BUT without the unction NONE o it matters.

what should i do now? is NuPhy support supportive? has anyone else with the same deective blush nano switches been able to replace theirs with a working unit? or should i go to the third party seller i got it rom and request a reund?

EDIT: as a band-aid solution i replaced the F key switch with a switch from the function row, i will send a video of my defective two keys and request replacement switches BUT do you have to do this every time a switch goes bad? like two were bad right out of the box, what happens when more switches die a week, a month, a couple months later? that's still garbage longevity for a product at this price point. i don't even know if i should keep it even if they help me replace the broken switches because i can't trust that this product will live for long. is there any long term users here that can share their experience?

EDIT 2: FOR ANYONE PLANNING TO BUY THIS FROM A RETAIL STORE; i was unable to get replacement switches from NuPhy because i did not purchase the product directly from them. i guess i'll just try to refund it now. if you are planning to risk it and buy the keyboard, make sure you either buy from NuPhy directly or a third party that you trust, who provides service or a refund, because you are likely to need it.

I was watching a video on youtube and he was wearing one of these shirts. I was woundering is their any possable way I can purchase one of these shirts ? I think it would be awesome

I just received my Nuphy air100 v3 and so far I love it! 🎉 as I was unboxing it I noticed what seems to be a loose something inside the board. As I tilt it from horizontal to vertical I can hear something sliding inside. I don’t think this is normal but any ideas what this could be?

Finally I got this beauty in my hands. I preferred the design of v2 but i will eventually buy v3. After updating the firmware the keyboard works like a charm.

Ordered this after having some bad wrist pains after years of using a standard mechanical keyboard. All I can say is wow!

I had made a post not to long ago about missing the unboxing days of all the stuff you got when getting a new Nuphy keyboard. The stickers, poster, extra keyswitches and the way the caps are placed in the box is just awesome and a dust cover for your board. I purchased an Air 75 v3 and a node 75 recently and those keyboards are great but the unboxing experience was left to be disired.

As for the unboxing of the Air 60v2 I was really happy with the way everything was well organized and the amount of joy that came from opening this box was a blast from the past from when I got my first nupy keyboard. I really hope Nuphy will bring back an awesome unboxing experince in the future.

As for the Air 60 v2 after I unboxed and sat with all those feel goods for a while lol I still needed to make sure the board was in good working condition. And with that I have my usual process that I go through every time I get a new board. I like to check bluetooth , wired mode and dongle. as well as making sure it connects to my Imac. When I see that everthing is in working order I go to Monkey type and spend about 30 min in each setting and so fare everything is working great

I am glade I got the Air60v2 because it fits perfectly in the digital art side of my desk if Nuphy makes a air 60 v3 I will definity get one but as for now this is perfect for me and my set up.
