Hey guys. I conceived my son first try after retaining for 2 months. I do believe a lot of the habits, energy and behaviours have transferred onto him.
He is extremely strong with his body, he learned to crawl in the space of 3 days. He has extreme attention to detail and is just very energetic overall.

We should know by now that SR absolutely improves sperm quality, I want to know

Are there any other guys here who have had kids or had a pregnancy whilst on SR?
And how have your kids come out and developed?
