Is MCP actually on anyone's radar yet, or still just dev twitter hype?

I've been trying to figure out if teams are actually prioritizing AI agent integrations (MCP, ChatGPT apps, whatever) or if it's still just a conversation on the dev side.

If you looked into it, what stopped you? Auth? Security? Or just no customers asking for it?

Curious if this is on anyone's actual roadmap or if we're still early.

For people running more complex n8n workflows:

How do you actually test them after making changes?

I'm talking about the messy ones — webhooks, CRM updates, AI steps, email/SMS, calendar booking, external APIs, the whole thing. When you tweak a prompt, change a webhook, update a CRM step, or mess with the logic, how do you make sure the whole thing still handles real-world cases correctly?

What do you actually use:

- saved test scenarios

- a structured checklist

- automated test runs

- separate dev/prod workflows

- manual testing

- execution logs and retries

Also curious what happens after launch. Do you actively monitor failed runs, or mostly dig through execution history once something already breaks?

Would love to hear what's actually working in production.
