Hi, im a 15 year old girl and recently i’ve been noticing that my sister (a year younger than me) has been going through a lot of stuff.
I went through her notebook and found many horrifying things.
She hasn’t been eating for the past 6 months and blamed it on a “upset stomach” i never thought much of it until she got so thin my heart was genuinely hurting me.
Im not going into detail in case of possibly triggering somebody but this is life threatening for her and shes been hurting herself over not being thin enough even though shes clearly so so underweight.
In some pages she expressed feeling dizzy and hungry but she didn’t want to be a “fat pig” she also mentioned she loved starving, many things she wrote are too heavy and personal to write on here but i think you get how bad it is.
I am currently crying because i don’t want to lose my little sister. Please would someone help?
