In the movie I’m trying to remember a family moves into a new neighborhood and starts to believe their neighbor is a serial killer. I remember the weather being kinda important and stormy at key points and a black neighbor that had been there previously that helps them. Now, there are some other details that I’m not sure about. I also think there was a car involved (that killed the supposed serial killer neighbor), the neighbor wasn’t actually a serial killer, that the family accidentally killed the neighbor, and maybe something with trash cans? This was definitely at least seven years ago so nothing really recent.
