Does anyone else feel like they're apathetic inside? Like, you just don't feel happy or sad, and if you do feel sad, then you can't cry.

I'm not sure if it's menopause or I've just reached my limit and no longer have the energy to care anymore (the last few years have just been disappointment after disappointment)

Which one would you guys say is better and why?
