30 bed capacity na level 1 hospital
Hello! Is this good as a starting experience? I graduated and passed the boards last year.
My question is can I go abroad with this bed capacity level 1 hospital experience??? Let's say, if this is the only hospital experience I'll have lol...
May kilala po ba kayong senior nurses or colleagues na naka abroad (like UK or US) even if hindi sa tertiary hospital nagwork?
Nagdadalawang isip po kasi if tanggapin ko ba o hindi itong offer 😅
To give you guys a background on this level 1 hospital:
- 12hrs shift, 96hrs per cut off (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) - 24k basic pay + 5k allowance - 3 rides papunta: tricycle-jeep-jeep (30 minutes away *no traffic pa yan) if magjoyride/move it, around 90-100 pesos - Sagot namin pre-employment medical
